1. Industry Focus & Minimum Order Quantities

We specialize in mill-run quantities for various industries, including:

• Architecture: Minimum order for brass/bronze extrusions: 300-500 lbs+, depending on shape.
• Drawn Shapes: Minimum 300 lbs, preferred 2,000 lbs+.
• OEMs, Oil & Gas, Construction, Agriculture, etc.: Custom metal parts via forging, casting, stamping, or machining. Large parts typically start in the hundreds, small parts in the thousands.
• Smaller Orders: For standard bar stock, angles, and channels, please contact local metal distributors, machine shops, or artisans.

2. Restrictions on Certain Requests

We do not supply:

• Individuals, students, or startups requiring small quantities.
• Design assistance for new products (except for high-volume orders, where we advise on manufacturing, materials, and tolerances).
• Industries requiring specialized regulatory certifications, including:
  • Ammunition, weapons, defense, military, ITAR, government, aerospace, aviation, automotive, rail, medical.

3. Project & Material Requirements

• Manufacturing: Our facilities are offshore; we do not handle preliminary design or prototyping.
• Minimum Order Quantities for Steel & Stainless Profiles:
  • Cold-drawn custom shapes: 1,100 lbs per shape
  • Extrusions: 4,000 lbs per shape
  • Stocked stainless elevator sills available in smaller quantities (call us for details).

For orders below these thresholds, we recommend working with a local distributor.
