At DEECO Metals, we understand that timely delivery is essential — and in some cases, air freight may be the best option for your needs.

Optional Air Freight Service

Air freight is a customer-requested premium service and comes at an additional cost. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of order confirmation.

Estimates & Invoicing

We’ll always provide a clear estimate of air freight charges up front. Once we receive your signed order, our Controller, Kary Farson, will issue an invoice for the estimated amount. If the final shipping cost ends up being higher than the estimate, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it’s lower, we’ll credit your account accordingly — no surprises.

Payment & Timing

To proceed with air freight, payment must be received by check and couriered to DEECO Metals upon order confirmation. If payment is not received within 3 business days, the air freight service will be canceled, and the order will be voided.

No Refunds for Air Freight

Please note that air freight charges are non-refundable. In the rare event of a product rejection that is approved by the supplier, we will gladly replace the part free of charge — shipping via ocean freight.
