Location: Travelers Rest, SC
Responsibilities:
- Interfaces with Sales Manager & Shipping Department to assure receipts and shipments are per schedule.
- Provide daily support to sales staff and shipping utilize the open order report to make sure all orders are ready to ship on time.
- Correspond with suppliers on open order status.
- Assist the Sales Manager in performing clerical support of general clerical duties.
- Assist customers with any sales or service issues they may need on an ongoing basis.
Requirements; Education, Training, Experience & Skills:
- High school degree or equivalent & college or technical school
- 3 years of customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills: MS Suite, SalesForce
