Full technical support in New Jersey

We have our own technical manager, Mr. Randy Klein, who has now been instrumental in our goal of achieving an ISO9000 rating. He is always available to discuss any technical questions with your engineers and technical people.  He can suggest manufacturing processes to help save you money and has had many years as a design engineer. Our President, Desmond Sinclair, has extensive background experience in engineering and metallurgy, so as a service from our company we can assist with most all technical questions and requirements.

Technical Support in China

We have our own direct engineer in China, Paul Yong Ma. He received his engineering degree in China, after which he attended college in England where he furthered his studies, learned to fluently speak English and familiarized himself with western culture

His fluency in English and of course Chinese has been one of our company’s strengths in sourcing from China. The ability to communicate, one on one, with our manufacturing partners is a tremendous asset in answering and resolving most all technical questions and issues which often arise during design and fabrication processes.

Desmond makes yearly visits to our office in Shanghai, during which time he visits our old and new suppliers and discusses continuing supply improvements as well as establishing partnership relationships with them.  During these visits, we also offer, to our mills, recommendations and procedures in an attempt to further improve their excellent quality and streamline their manufacturing processes, ultimately resulting in decreased delivery times.

It has been a good investment for Deeco Metals to have our own staff in China. We are looking at expanding our presence in China and are considering purchasing our own warehouse. This will enable Deeco to consolidate shipments into container loads thereby lowering costs and aid in eliminating transport damage, often associated with smaller shipments. We are also evaluating using part of the building to set up some simple assembly areas, once we have the consolidation business in place.

Our Chinese staff also performs our quality assurance ISO9000 evaluations in China and visits the mills when product is ready to ship, at which time they perform visual quality inspections and random measurement inspections to ensure that parts are made to spec.  Inspection is also done to guarantee that the correct packaging is used to prevent any shipping damage.

Warehousing in New Jersey

We offer this service from our NJ warehouse, per our customer’s request.  We presently provide several of our customers with yearly JIT (Just In Time) stocking & KAN BAN programs.

Sales Support from New Jersey

We have experienced sales professionals in our U.S. Sales Headquarters in New Jersey to assist our customers as required. Desmond also travels extensively to visit our USA customers, on a regular basis allowing us to build relationships based upon face to face meetings.  We would like to come and visit you at your facility, at your convenience, so that we too can build a trusting relationship. All that you need to do is advise when it would be a good time to see you.

We offer you our expertise in sourcing all types of metal products in any form or manufacturing process.  For our existing customers we also offer other sources of plastics, glass, etc. to assist in providing additional cost savings.

We would like to supply you with your entire cast (investment, sand & die), forged, extruded, machined, stamped and other metal components as well as all of your welding & brazing product requirements. Consolidation of orders with Deeco will result in further reductions of your current costs.

Our 1 stop metal shop is very time saving especially now that all companies have reduced the work force.

It's easier dealing with 1 company, 1 purchase order with multiple parts, 1 inventory of all your outsourced products, 1 shipment and 1 invoice.

Other services offered

We can supply full assembly of parts as required.  Most all of our plants have full machining and assembly capabilities in addition to their primary processing expertise. This allows us to offer completely finished products, including the painted, plated, anodized or other surface finishes. We also offer customized packaging boxes including inserts made specifically to suit your product.
